1. Who we are
North London Trades Guide is a free online guide to plumbing, heating and electrical firms in Islington, Camden and Haringey. It is published by Tufnell House Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17520029, registered office 178 Junction Road, London N19 5QQ ("we", "us").
Tufnell House Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Contact: hello@northlondontradesguide.co.uk.
We are a directory and referral service. We do not carry out plumbing, heating or electrical work ourselves. The firm you choose does the work and is responsible for it.
2. What we collect and why

We do not collect special category data. Please do not include health or other sensitive details in a quote request.
3. Who we share it with
- The firm you choose, and only that firm. If you call a Featured partner number or send a quote request from a Featured partner box, your call is connected to, and your details are sent to, the one firm named in that box. We never sell your details, never pass them to other firms, and never put them on a shared lead marketplace.
- Our service providers, who process data only on our instructions: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, analytics and the database for click and form records) and Twilio Ireland Limited or a similar UK call tracking provider (phone numbers, call routing and recordings). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Call recording
Calls to a tracked Featured partner number may be recorded. Before you are connected, a short message says that the call is from North London Trades Guide, that it may be recorded, and the name of the firm you are being connected to. If you do not want a recorded call, hang up and use the firm's own website or main number shown on its listing page, which is not tracked by us.
5. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our use of it, and to restrict its use. Email hello@northlondontradesguide.co.uk. We reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
6. Cookies
The guide does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. If this changes we will ask for your consent first.

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
